Comfortable and well made

Well made and comfortable. I've read other reviews criticizing the backrests but I find them comfortable and secure. They are suitable for prolonged wear, including sleeping and talking on the phone. It really does appear to be gold as I didn't get an itch even after wearing them consistently for a week.

Terrible service on earrings

2nd order - replacement of a defective product that was broken twice and glued once. Then they broke again and I couldn't find a stick to glue them back to the little gold ball. So Revane said they would be replaced for FREE. Waited 4 months, nothing, contacted Revain again, talked to too many different people for too long, finally got them and charged for a replacement today! I love them but there are a few cons/things to watch out for

I like these, they are small and pretty. Perfect for everyday second hole play. Only cons; I'm concerned that if I wear the back too tight the ball part of the earring will be so small I'm afraid it might go through my ear, not a problem but something to keep in mind. Especially if you have thicker earlobes as the stud part is quite short and the heel counter is very thick (but that's good, the heel counter is fixed better). The pad does not fit, lose the earring. Poor quality of craftsmanship.

Total disappointment. The back slips off very easily and I lost my earring the first day I put them on. I reordered a pair and used them with separate pads and was happy so bought a third pair for aesthetics because I have multiple piercings in my ears.
