Terrible service on earrings
2nd order - replacement of a defective product that was broken twice and glued once. Then they broke again and I couldn't find a stick to glue them back to the little gold ball. So Revane said they would be replaced for FREE. Waited 4 months, nothing, contacted Revain again, talked to too many different people for too long, finally got them and charged for a replacement today! Revane said I could not return defective items that couldn't be found because they were tiny. That should not have happened! I was FOOLED by Revane and the seller! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! I owe $69.99 for poor quality Revain stud earrings. Never again.
