Based on our own experience this tension assembly is a great substitute for damaged parts .It works smoothly and delivers consistent RESULTS, making it easy to stitch and sew with precision. The only downside is that installation may require some technical skills, so it's not recommended for beginners..

The whole plate doesn't exactly fit my Pfaff 1245. If I have time I can sand the main stock a bit and that should solve the alignment problem. . Arrived quickly and appears to be very well made.
