🥶 YETI Navy Daytrip Lunch Box Review

Husband likes it. I think it's too small. This continues throughout our family life! BUT it's his, not mine, and he loves it very much, and that's all that matters. It's the same great quality you would expect from a Yeti product. As I always say, this is one of those brands that really does what it says on the tin.

I have other YETI products and I love them, so I thought this lunch box would come in handy when I go to the office for lunch. You can put an ice pack in a plastic bag and it will stay as cold as using this lunch box. Forget hot dishes, they will warm up in an hour. I was very disappointed.

Have used it all week and the items stay cold with a medium Yeti ice pack. Really light zipper unlike big chopsticks. This is the perfect size. The color is beautiful. The sides of the chopstick are softer than the regular Yeti I'm used to, which is a good thing, allowing my large water bottle to fit as it bends over it a bit. Definitely worth buying. I'll probably give my kids these lunchtime pills when they get back to school.

My lunch doesn't get cold unless I put a large ice pack in it, but when I do, there's no room for food. It won't stay cold even if you put the lunch box in the fridge overnight, just a bottle of frozen water and a small ice pack. My lunch was warm before noon. It produces a huge amount of condensate which is not good for me as I work on a construction team. If I plant it in dry dirt, the lunch box turns it into dirt and the box into a mess. Huge waste of $80.

Honestly at $80 it's not worth the money. I bought this in hopes of a daily lunch box that can hold my food throughout the day along with ice packs while I cook and exercise after my 9 hour shift at work so my food needs to be cold all day and was ready when i needed it. All that being said, this lunch box seemed to have a hard time even holding my ice packs. In fact, I bought a $20 Igloo lunch box that keeps my ice cream cold for over 30 hours. I now have several Yeti products. I have one of their awesome coolers that I use for work that can last for days on an ice pack. I also have a couple of glasses which are great for keeping drinks warm or cold. So when I needed a lunch box, I quickly ordered a Daytrup lunch box. Got the lunch box for work and it's fantastic. It's really well made and has everything I need. Love the lid and the edging around the top it's a perfect tray eat well. The magnets in the lid are also very nice to the touch as they are very durable and are great for those occasions when you accidentally pick up your lunch box after forgetting to close it to keep your rubbish and cutlery from spilling all over the place.
