The only downside is I've embedded 2 grains of something in the paint along the top of the handle and the handle is a bit too small as some have said. I'm not sure what they use in the production process but it appears to be a larger grain of sand or whatever they use for texture. Nothing that could really be done as filing can damage the paintwork. It's a bit annoying and awkward to use with a stylus.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he LOVES it! He went to the mountains and was there all day and his coffee stayed warm all the time. It's airtight so you don't have to worry about it spilling. When I clean it, it's easy to do it inside so nothing gets stuck in the cup. I have tiny hands as a 10 year old so I have a hard time holding them but an adult with normal sized hands should be able to hold them with no problem.
