When they first came out my first thought was that they were tiny and definitely better suited for babies with hair (I didn't have any) and toddlers. As soon as I opened the packaging I noticed how stretchy they are. My 6 year old daughter has thick straight hair and I managed to wrap one of these hair ties around her ponytail three times. We got them in the mail today and I already love them. My only complaint is that the colors aren't as vivid as advertised, but to be honest I like them.

You are perfect! So soft and stretchy. Ideal for small hair. My LO is 3 and still has a lot of growing hair (small strands growing past the entire hairline), these hair ties are great for both fine and thick baby hair. My own hair is very thick and straight and it holds up perfectly on mine. They also don't pull hair out when you remove them, which is great to see. I'm a hairdresser and I agree with you.

I was hoping I'd like them better than the plastic ones used to tie my baby's hair in a ponytail. However, I have found it to be easy to slip out of hair and a huge waste of money to wear. She can tuck them in at the slightest touch as they fall out of her hair. As soon as they fall out of her hair, my one-year-old is in great danger. I'm not very happy with this purchase but I've lost too many of these to return

They are very stretchy, the only good thing about them is that they protect your ends from split ends and crazing if your hair is brittle. I like a few colors because you can pair it with so many tops that you wear throughout the day. I highly recommend it, maybe lower the price a bit now. Remember they are small but they make great four ponytails because they stretch and work well in braids too. Many Thanks
