Very happy with this product! It was well packaged in a sturdy box, with instructions, a glove and a small storage box. It heats up very quickly, convenient control buttons and a beautiful display. I have fine chemically treated hair (highlights) and I used a lower temperature and didn't feel my hair was damaged and got great results with curls and waves. Full recommendation!
