After spending almost 2 hours yesterday putting it on my balcony, it only works one night. Nobody works today. Can someone from this company contact me and tell me what the return policy is for these lamps? And who the hell is going to have time to DESTROY THEM ALL again?!? Pooh!

After I posted a comment that only one of the two solar strings I purchased worked, the company offered to send a two-string replacement kit without my request for a refund or replacement. Very considerate and much appreciated! The two interchangeable sun cords work great and decorate the garden beautifully. They also burn for hours.

I was pleasantly surprised at how many lights and how bright they are on my trees. It makes my front yard feel a little more vacation-like—so much so, my girls are asking if we can put them on the back porch as well as the backyard trees! Wanted to wait a few days and a few showers to see how they hold up and so far so good! (*Please note that the lighting is not very visible in the photo - it was taken from the house, and I tried to capture both trees in the picture.)

I really liked these lights, unfortunately also squirrels. We hung these lanterns on our fence. Looked great for 2 weeks, then suddenly stopped working. After a little investigation we found that one of the lines had been chewed. In case it was worse than we thought, I bought this set again. Glad I did. After taking 2 lines we found that the squirrels had chewed in 5 different places. We have a very large population of squirrels, they are always running up and down the fence and trees and also…

This year I bought this and another brand of Christmas lights. They were enough for the whole season, another brand wasn't enough for 2 days. They looked beautiful and were lit up every night despite the low levels of winter sunlight. Definitely recommend.
