Replacing the lights in my RV with LEDs to save as much deep cycle battery power as possible. My RV uses this type of lamp in several places and these lamps still work great. Nice and bright and I love the white light they give off as opposed to the much weaker yellow light given off by regular bulbs. I hope these lamps last a long time. You get a lot of these for the money so at least I have spares if one of them fails!

They will fit a 2002 Sport Trac in both interior light positions - Dome and Map. Excellent LEDs. Not bright as hell but MUCH better than stock, hotter than you know yellow dome bulbs are. Over 6k. Beautiful WHITE LIGHT! One day a 6k LED will hurt people who drive with amber bulbs. THE ENTIRE truck is illuminated. It says it's like $8 for 20. Why are you guessing again? just buy them. in a truck with lights. Buy it, do it.

I've had brighter LED lights and also much worse POS lights that I've bought on eBay. It's an easy 4 out of 5. They have a great color and are quite bright, just not super bright. But hey, I didn't pay super bright money for them so that's to be expected I guess. For what I paid for these lamps I am very satisfied. I just hope they don't start dying in a month like the cheap eBay lightbulbs I bought a while back. I cross my fingers

I deliberately delayed writing my review of these lamps because I wanted to give them time to fail. and they didn't. I bought these to replace another set of LED bulbs that started flickering during normal operation. My first impression was that the material making up the lamp body was of a much better quality than the blocks they were going to replace. Very white light and sufficient intensity. Not very bright but close to the original lamp. You should also keep in mind that LEDs run much cooler than regular incandescent bulbs, so heat won't discolor plastic fixtures over time. A small problem with the assembly: the outer ring on the lamp base is too big. to get through some of the holes in the bulb holder, but you can easily remove the bulb from the base, trim some material from the outer ring of the base with a file or gently touch it with…

Light output is good but they are 1-1/8" long, much longer than the 7/8" peanut bulbs they can replace. It was only an issue with the map lights in my 2004 Camry (but not my 2004 Sienna) where they made contact with the headlight cover/filter jiggling to actuate the light switch. As a result, the light cover/filter didn't spring out and the switch didn't turn on (or off) until I pressed the opposite corner. (For the switches to work, I had to use bulbs where the top two LEDs went left to right…

I didn't buy them for use in the car. I bought them to replace the ugly yellow lightbulbs that light up my house's license plate. As soon as I plugged them in, they turned on and were bright white with no yellow or blue. Hopefully they hold up, update if anything goes wrong, but for now that's all I wanted.
