I make bags with zippered pockets. Buying these zippers saves time using them as I can adjust them better and spend less time adjusting them.

I am a regular user of YKK zippers after years of replacing cheaper zippers. I use zipper tape on bags and containers of all sizes and have never had a YKK brand failure. Although I usually use #5, this #4.5 is just as usable. And the price is right! I usually pay $1 per yard without moves (minimum $0.25 per piece). This product has met all of my expectations.

I wish I could find a white or cream equivalent. Also not sure if you can get extra zippers. I'm sure I'll run out of draws before the zipper material, and I'm not sure the 4.5 spool size calls for any special tension. I followed YouTube's instructions on how to zip up my leg. I highly recommend watching people do this. Otherwise it can get very annoying. Seeing how to cut the end and how to insert the teeth into the drawbar makes this relatively easy.

WOW, great product for the price. I couldn't find the 40 inch zippers (pocket size 4.5) required in the Everything in Its Place class on Craftsy.com to complete a budget church project. THIS SOLVES MY PROBLEM! Great product, I had to revisit the Craftsy class to learn how to put a zipper on, but one day I did. 14 zip ties done to organize bag making, this was actually easy to do! Will definitely order from them again, they even include extra zippers!
