The ability for us as an organization, in real time view all our infrastructure resources (servers/applications) are monitored with this tool! The ability to monitor multiple servers in one dashboard, which is very helpful for troubleshooting issues that are impacting an entire server farm at once (rather than having to go into each individual machine). The best thing about this software is that it allows us as an organization, not only monitoring our network but also monitor other resources like servers or even storage devices (like SAN). It has been very helpful in managing all these different types of applications at once with one dashboard! This might be my dislike because I love how simple everything looks when you first open up your account after registering for free trial version which gives enough information regarding features etc…

The concept is pretty good, it's easy for non-technical users like me too use easily because they have created an intuitive UI that does not require programming knowledge or scripting abilities as in other monitoring tools I've used before. At this moment there are no features missing so far with the tool itself but definitely some more could be added/enhanced by adding new functionalities. Maybe add support for docker containers? Support integration with Jenkins CI servers would also help…

I like that it is very easy for me as an admin to use, which makes my life easier! The support team are also great at communicating back with you when issues arise. It can be difficult sometimes if something goes wrong but they're always there for us! Nothing really dislike about this one so far - everything has been brilliant in fact! Have considered other options such as HP's Lights Out app or Microsoft Team System etc? But nothing compared to what we actually get out of our current toolset…
