NO responsive customer support PERIOD

Product performed as described and worked well. I bought it for my Nikon camera which I traded in for a Sony A6400. I've tried contacting support multiple times to find out what flash and other accessories I need to purchase to use the 622N kit and complete setup with their product. So far there is no answer. If I don't get an answer I will sell the 622N and switch to Godox products. Check out Godox support first to see if they are the best! So if for some reason you never need their support, I

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Fantastic! As an aspiring portrait photographer with a flash (although I've been doing landscape, nature and urban photography for decades), it took me less than a half Hour "Play with them and a YouTube video to get you started. I was asked to do portraits for our church catalog and this inexpensive kit got the job done to rave reviews. Cheap umbrellas and a hair light net - boom." Done I'm a hero Nikon gear D600 SB900, SB700, SB600 (all flashes bought used in NY)

Does what I need

I bought a Yongnuo flash trigger because I was tired of using an external flash cable. The first thing to do after taking the device out of the box is to connect the controller to the computer and update the drivers. I like to highlight objects from behind, this trigger allows me to do that. To test the range, I placed the flash at one end of the yard and moved the controller about 75 feet to the other end of the yard. The flash worked perfectly. I use it on both the Nikon D 5100 and Nikon D…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Legacy model

Bought this kit because I needed something with TTL to turn on the HSS light (Adorama Rovelight 600b). I bought and used another Yongnuo trigger. in the past and this piece of gear is STILL in my gear bag (works great)! I decided to give Yongnuo another chance and they certainly weren't disappointed. no problems in 5 months ownership. It's surprisingly reliable, and I'll admit that I've dropped both the transmitter and receiver on a number of occasions. If this device fails tomorrow I will buy…

I have purchased and used a different type of Yongnuo trigger in the past. , and this piece of gear is STILL in my gear bag (works great)! I decided to give Yongnuo another chance and they certainly weren't disappointed. I've logged over 4000 exposures with this kit and haven't had any issues. within the last 5 months of ownership. Great triggers! suitable for sync cable and PC

I received them about 2 weeks ago. After buying a YN-622N-TX and a YN-622N kit and using them for about a week, I bought 2 more transceivers. So far these things have done everything they should. I tested HSS, TTL and manual. Everything instantly synced and worked flawlessly. These triggers appear to be pretty well made and pretty easy to use. The only minor issue are the knobs that tighten them onto the hot shoe. They seem to need a little lube when they are all the way up or down. I think…

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Offers full manual control but pre-flash eliminates metering

Excellent, cost-effective alternative to other triggering systems with iTTL, HSS compatibility, 2nd curtain function and full control of external flashes. Doesn't work with fully manual flashes, so be sure to check compatibility. Note one thing: if you want to use the flash for full manual control, THIS WILL NOT SUIT YOU. The flash must remain in iTTL mode even when the transmitter is in manual mode. You can still manually control connected flashes (power, zoom, etc.) but they will pre-flash…
