Works great in Instant Pot (1/2 gallon milk)

Works great in Instant Pot (1/2 gallon milk). The second generation is great too. I freeze 6-8 first generation ice cubes as a starter and they work very well as is. I've only been using them for 6 weeks so I'm not sure how long they will last in the freezer but at least that long. So you can make LOTS of yoghurt from each pack. I like yogurt both plain and with vanilla/sugar added.

good freeze dried product

Took me 9 hours to make the yogurt, I used my NuWave air oven at 100F. (If you need more info let me know) No need to buy a yogurt maker, follow the instructions on the box. Heat the milk to 180, allow to cool so the temperature is just above 120 and follow the procedure. I have already made more yogurt from my already made batch and will be making more from the original batch. I have some experience with these things. This product is from Canada, they have been making this product for too many

Then I set the pot on a sunburner over medium-high heat, add the sourdough starter, wrap in a towel and let sit for 8-10 hours. I make as many batches as possible using the last piece of yogurt from the previous batch. Eventually, the texture and taste will more closely resemble cream cheese. At this…
