This phone is useless because you can't use a regular phone cord with it. I bought a landline phone for when we don't have electricity and can't use portable phones. But you can't plug the phone cord from my phone jack into this phone.

You get what you pay for. This phone didn't work, the receiver doesn't pick up normally, on the side of the phone where you can adjust the volume is nothing but a place, you can't hang it on the wall as advertised. (False advertising). The company wanted me to keep my non-working phone and only give me 20% back. Don't waste time. One star per color.
