Cheap and it works.

If you've never used a pencil-sized die grinder, think of it as a Dremel tool for steroids and meth. It weighs next to nothing and can spin at up to 40,000 rpm. There's no torque or gyroscopic forces here that you get from a relatively large motor in a Dremel, making it a lot easier to control when working on very small things. Precision Tool: Power Tool

I had to mount the front push-in fitting and the compressor fitting. The compressor port sealing washer seals without the use of Teflon tape as it has an O-ring. It also came with 2 wrenches to fit collet inserts while holding the coal machine shaft. Both wrenches required a light grind to remove any manufacturing burrs and now fit perfectly. Great for buffing and spoke wheel work, but not so much for fine work that requires constant speed.

I have been a long time Dremel user and decided to buy one of these to use with materials that could catch fire or be out of reach of the Dremel. The speed control is much smoother than I expected and the form factor is just great. It also comes with two collet sizes that allow you to use Dremel accessories.
