They were packaged well, held up well and the only problem was you had to press the holders one by one to keep the cupcakes from being pushed in.

I prefer this version of the cupcake boxes much more than the first set I bought because each box is unique. The only assembly required is pressing down the pleats to make the lid! So easy and ready to use in no time!

I like the boxes but the inserts are not very easy to use. I end up having to trim to fit the cupcakes snugly, and it takes a bit and is a little annoying having to press individual flaps at each point. It takes me about 20 minutes to assemble a box.

Sturdy box and inserts. Not recommended for standard cupcakes. They only fit if you press the opening on the inserts, but it will ruin your cupcakes when you take them out. I would recommend this for small cupcakes or cupcakes that will be baked in very thick foil.

I was very pleased with these boxes when I first assembled them. But then I noticed a strange smell coming out of the box. Something like the smell of chemicals or plastic. I left it on for a few days and the smell faded a bit but still lingered. Maybe it was the shiny surface of the packaging. I decided I was uncomfortable putting the cupcakes in the box, thinking they might absorb the smell of whatever it was. Decided to return the boxes and try a different brand.
