This lantern was actually very good. It easily attaches to any free edge and is very flexible and easily bends and stays in that position. Brightness can be adjusted from bright to dim night light and from warm or "amber" to cool blue or "daylight". USB plug, that suits me because I have several of these sockets, so it works great for me.

I use my lamp to attach it to the drawing board for drawing. It's a great little light and very bright. The only real issue I had was mainly my own misunderstanding that this light can be used without a power cord. I figured since it claims to be USB powered it's a flashlight that can be charged with a USB cable and used for several hours before plugging it back in to charge, but that's not the case. The light must be on to work. It cannot be used as a wireless light source.

If you use it as a bedside table or small desk in an already well-lit area, this lamp is for you. I need four or five of these lamps to properly light my drawing table and get rid of annoying shadows while drawing. These lights just aren't bright enough to get the job done. I only hooked up one lamp for 5 minutes while messing around with the second to see if I could get it to work with my desk. Nice little fixture with multiple color tempi available. The gooseneck is very flexible yet strong and easily holds the light in almost any position. The only downside I can think of is that the pins on the small USB AC power adapter are a bit closer together than optimal. This means that the plug will loosen slightly when plugged into a household outlet. It still works, you just have to be aware of it. Might be a quirk of my particular example. I really like this lamp as it helps reduce eye strain when working in front of a monitor in the office. The clamp is large enough to attach to a Revain Basics single arm monitor stand (see images) and the extension from the clamp to the light is long enough and flexible enough to allow it to be mounted the way I wanted. Lights started flickering, stopped working at all. I removed the white screen to see if I could fix it myself and found that the soldering of the LEDs looked like it had been done by someone who had never soldered before. It was such a mess that it was impossible to fix easily, and it even seemed quite dangerous. The white opaque white screen over the LEDs has never been a perfect match.
