I really liked how easy it was to set up and use. My complaint is that after a few months several buttons stopped working. Pity!

This is a cheap fake of the original. It is programmable for the TV and accessories, but does not support all the features of the original product. It would be an adequate remote if it cost $5 or less. Exceptionally poor build quality.

The second ad online showed the remote with a piece of paper laying on the remote with 3 digit codes and when you receive the package it says 4 digit codes are used but it worked fine

It looks like this particular model just won't work after a while. First one button doesn't work, then others until it stops working. However, if you do take out insurance, it will cover the cost of replacing up to three of them during the life of the policy. The one we have now is the 5th or 6th in the last 14 years so it was a pleasant surprise to learn how product insurance works.
