The only mid-size YoungLA shorts that didn't fit.

I'm 5'9" and about 165-170 pounds. I bought the medium shorts based on user suggestions and Revain. I used to buy two different pairs of YoungLA weight lifting shorts, both medium sized. One made of cotton, one made of non-stretchable polyester. Both fit well. However, they rise so much in the crotch and behind that every step becomes a wedge. I can usually just about deal with these when it comes to small fit issues, but they're almost unwearable. They look amazing and are breathable, I just…

Save money, the quality is NOT GOOD

I have been buying YLA for 3 years now and am familiar with the product line and suitable sizes. The quality of their products has fallen sharply. These short ones lasted less than 4 weeks, 8 visits to the gym. The firmware came out and now there is a hole in the back. There was no fuss about where the stitching came out, it's just cheap quality. Save your money, look for a better product, they won't last long and YLA doesn't endorse their product. I am very disappointed in the quality and lack

Super Comfort Shorts

These shorts have a great fit and the stretch fabric is super comfortable - once you put them on you won't want to take them off. I don't have 'squat legs' so the length makes them a little sketchy to wear outside of the gym. But for getting up and exercising or just carrying around the house, they're hard to beat. Surely they will remind you to never skip leg day.

Ripped Off Too Soon

Not available for this article. Yes the seller sent me a second piece after I contacted him after the first one ripped from the back. the second one also came off the back when used 1-2 times. The material and stitching are of poor quality. Think before you buy as it cannot be used for training. If it rips off on squats, you may have to go home in your underwear.

Very comfortable: Active

Very comfortable and medium size perfect for me at 5ft 9170lbs. Me and the old dog are 42 years old, but I've been rocking young for a while, and always good things.
