for a 5'7" 175lb man, this is a medium sized, comfortable casual shirt, but its considerable stretch and feel are definitely not cotton - I'll bet it's spandex blended, um so to be smooth and flexible throughout. It also doesn't crease easily - another sign it's a blend. I haven't noticed my skin getting oily (a sign of polyester blends as they don't breathe well at all). Compliments for that, if you have a necklace guys, put it on - it goes great with a wider and lower neckline.

(I listed his height but the weight is kinda stupid because muscle weighs more than fat and people distribute it differently) He is usually a medium in shirts. I agree with other reviews - this is true to size or larger than the model image. Maybe it's bad quality control. Anyway, I love this shirt and wish it was in women's sizing!
