Works but not very reliable. It snaps into place easily enough, but it would be very easy to break one or more of the plastic pins that lock it into place. However, once in place, it seems secure and stays in place. You cannot ask him to do more than expected. Just be very careful when putting it on GPS.

It was very easy to install. it fits perfectly. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't fit properly and sometimes slips over the frame. I used some tape on each side to hold it in place. Otherwise, it does what I wanted, which is to reduce glare on the GPS screen while driving.

This has worked very well in my caravan except for one thing. The heat from the window caused the pins that attach the hood to the GPS to soften, resulting in a looser fit. I was able to adjust it so the hood wouldn't move when I was driving down the road. Once I moved the mount to an area that wasn't getting as much heat, I didn't have any more issues.
