Misleading advertising. Avoid.

Based on my experience this automotive product fails to deliver as advertised. The pros? None that I can see. The cons? The differential simply didn't meet my expectations, which were based on the manufacturer's promises. Don't waste your money on this one..

Pros
  • Significantly improved traction and acceleration on off-road terrain.
Cons
  • Higher noise level compared to stock differentials, especially at high speeds on pavement.

Quiet transmission and transmission

I have a very slight rumble when driving in the 38-43 mph range. It's not loud enough to be annoying. Speed up/slow down a little and everything will go away. Yukon attributes this to the "derating" they use on "thick" gears. Otherwise they are silent. Based on my experience I would buy these gears again.
