Poor quality board - modules

Thin foil contacts peel off easily Oxidized surface is difficult to solder Consider purchasing a modern through hole board

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • No instructions

Peeled off in home automation

The copper strip has come off the substrate in some places. Unusable / returned. As for photography, my soldering isn't usually that messy, it's after removing the components I've been soldering onto.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I say nothing

Poor quality protoboard

These boards are of very poor quality. Pads do not have through holes, so only one side can be soldered. the pads are also very weak and will snap with any tension. The boards are also coated with some kind of slightly sticky substance that burns very easily. would not recommend. The location of the pages is also quite annoying.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Suitable for

Not for newbies to home automation

These are old stock. The surface is oxidized, which makes soldering very difficult. If you have a lot of soldering experience, this is not a problem. But the board doesn't forgive those who might use too much solder, too little solder, the wrong solder, etc. There are much better boards out there. I like the Radio Shaek brand. It's neat.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Nothing

Good replacement for Radio Shack PCBs

Pros: Good small circuit boards Power/ground center rails Can be cut to size Cons: Surface rather than through hole plating. Full length "side" guides. These are worthy clones of RadioShack (as stated in the press, these are RadioShaek boards, don't confuse them). You get 15 of these little boards and they do the job. The only real complaint is that I wish the rails were full length as they don't have thru holes and you can easily trim them down with an exacto knife if needed.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good
