out of 10 1/4 bulkhead only one didn't leak the line wasn't pressurized I have one on the bottom of the 13G bin and one on top with a clear hose between the two so I know how much water is in it and it comes out at the place where the hose is connected. Looks good at a great price. For my purposes, the fact that a tube does not go through (i.e. a separate tube at each end adding another possible leak) and has no special seal at the septum led to my underestimation. I expect a pair of McMaster-Carr waterproof neoprene o-rings, 1/16 width, line number 015, to get a good seal before installing them in an application where I can't afford a leak.

All fittings tested leak from center. Tested with 3 different whistle brands. Everything leaked. All cuts were clean and perpendicular. I did a little research by taking apart a faucet that doesn't leak and one that does. The difference in the Shore hardness of the O-ring material was immediately noticeable. bad reviews made me buy because of the price. Of course I will update my review in the long term. Most complaints relate to o-rings, washers and clamps. Well you can buy 5 for the price of this (10) but for more expensive complaints almost the same but you get clips. So I'll try my chances at this one, considering all the cons.
