The workaround to get the printer to recognize these remanufactured cartridges only worked for a few months. My Artisan 710 no longer recognizes them no matter how many times I reset them or turn off the printer. I'm left with ink on my fingers and the prospect of paying a fortune for genuine Epson cartridges that dry out too quickly - either that or I can bring that disappointing printer a baseball bat.

I have installed two ink cartridges and both are causing the printer to give an error message stating that the ink is not genuine. They used to come in an Ezlink branded box with ink cartridges in clear packaging so you could tell which color was which. They now come in a brown box with an Amazon sticker saying it's Ez-Ink ink (more like the cheaper competition's ink), and each cartridge is sealed in a foil pouch that you can use can't tell which color is which. You'll have to open each one (causing them to dry out when not in use) to find the paint you need to replace. Although they are inexpensive, I will not buy again…

One marker wasn't too bad, I could at least write with it, but the second marker, well, the tip looked like a tiny feather duster. Like putting a bundle of strings in a pipe. And writing, or I should say TRYING to write, was like trying to write with a scrap of pen or a bundle of rope hanging from a pipe. There wasn't even one grade of brush. This product is not even worth the time to order let alone pay for it. GARBAGE!
