I have installed two ink cartridges and both are causing the printer to give an error message stating that the ink is not genuine. All attempts to obtain satisfactory results have been unsuccessful, including completing a survey informing the seller of my problems, but to no avail. As usual when you buy ink it doesn't get installed right away so I now have a useless box of ink that doesn't fit and can't be returned. As you can see the only two cartridges not printing properly were added by EZINK. I don't like being cheated out of my hard earned money. I would rate this product as a DO NOT BUY. Shame on Revain for allowing me to use this product.
