Tip: DO NOT UPDATE THE PRINTER FIRMWARE. I have to print a lot of reading material for school and unfortunately I waste a lot of ink. I really like that I can save money on ink and feel less guilty when I have to read a paper copy of a 40 page article. I was able to reset my printer when I accidentally updated the firmware and am so glad I can still use this ink. I will continue to buy these cartridges to save money on expensive ink. Thank you!

No set up issues, works like an Epson genuine. Just to note that this is a regular sized cartridge, not the giant size which I personally prefer. For this price range it was acceptable. Next time I would buy a large size.

My last purchase didn't work, the cartridges weren't recognized and luckily I was able to return them. I've waited until I'm almost out of ink so hopefully the new ones will work, but I don't know yet. Very large, actually 2 normal cartridges, that should be better stated in the description.

My Epson Workforce WF-3720 recognized this ink and is printing again. What a relief. I was worried this wouldn't happen as I had already updated the printer's firmware, but that was a year ago. A new version is available but I ignored it. It's best not to update the firmware, but if you have, the ink may still work.

Thes3 was great to buy. Good price and lasts longer than branded products. My printer now does not recognize cartridges from other manufacturers. Epson doesn't suit me.

I like the price best but I was surprised by the print quality. Just like the brand name. This is the top of the line and works great.

Cartridges work fine but I did NOT pay for them. The item should consist of two remanufactured 702xl cartridges. What was sent were two remanufactured regular 702 cartridges that have SIGNIFICANTLY less ink/resource. Significantly reduces the value of this item. Kind of disappointed. I would return the product but I was in dire need of a seal and needed to install it. Buyer Warning.

Although this company advertised that their remanufactured ink cartridges are compatible with my printer, they are not. There is a special sticker on the box that says "If it doesn't work the first time, try 2-3 times." I've tried this a dozen times, which made the cartridge incompatible with my printer. I wouldn't buy a cartridge again that wasn't made specifically for my printer, also to save money.

I got one cartridge that worked fine from the start and I couldn't get the second one to print no matter how many times I tried to put it back in, clean the print head, realign etc. I contacted EZ Inks and the customer service was excellent. I was immediately sent another cartridge, which immediately earned.
