My decision to purchase this mirror was based on positive feedback from others who have had it. The one I received was poorly made and stopped working after a few months. Their charge of returning the mirror for repair was ridiculous so we threw it away and bought another mirror.

The item was defective. The plastic trim around the mirror didn't stay on. There was a screw in the box that I couldn't find where it was. The finish of the mirror was different than shown on the website: chrome or stainless steel.

Love love love my new Zadro 1X/8X C makeup mirror. that I no longer have to strain my neck when I lean forward or position myself to apply mascara. Delivery was quick and efficient.

I really liked this mirror when I first got it. But after a while it became clear that the loop could not support the weight of the mirror. I kept finding it rolled up; and in the end the beatings took their toll. The hull broke apart several times. I've tried various things to increase the loop but these were only temporary fixes. I bought this mirror for close up and makeup use. I like the modern design, it's a pity that the white plastic housing over the headlights makes the optics cheaper. The mirror folds for easy storage when you don't want to leave it on the counter. Very bright light output with 3 fixed settings.
