I installed it about three days ago and it's already cracked and I haven't even dropped it. I've already spent too much for it to crack

Started to crumble around the edges 48 hours after application - super weird! I'm not sure how something so fragile can protect something. It's good that we didn't drop the phone during this time. Back to the drawing board maybe :(

My phone fell through the crack in my couch, it's a chair so I pulled up the chair to grab it from underneath and it jammed my phone right between the mechanism of the chair! I bought this product for my daughter's new iPhone for her birthday and installed it perfectly on June 4th with no air bubbles. At first it worked and looked great but after 3 days on June 7th as you can see in the photos the top part started peeling off. It's a pity to spend so much money on it that it started to separate itself so quickly. I have many of these installed and consider myself a pro. I am returning this defective item and am hoping for a refund

I have used Zagg screen protectors on my family's last 8 phones and have never had a problem. Excellent quality glass. Phones were thrown with all possible force and dropped multiple times, and the screens never broke. Zagg has gone even further with this particular product - it comes with a 'cage' which can be placed around the phone during use to allow the screen protector to sit perfectly on your phone's screen - fantastic. Very happy with this product.

Do not buy this product if you live in a high temperature area. I changed 3 Zagg screen protectors in 1 month. All collapsed at the same circumstances. I always leave my phone in my beach bag and cover it with towels and clothing to protect it from direct sunlight. All 3 protectors broke right after leaving the beach.
