Works with Square Retail!

Highlighted whether it works with Square for Retail or not. Set up right away. No drivers or anything else had to be installed. Good product!

Not valid for USA: Barcode scanner

I couldn't get this to work and customer service said that firstly it was made in 2015 and secondly judging by the serial number it was made for the countries in the pacific region. region and will not work with US products.

Junk suitable for point of sale (POS) devices

Stops working after 10 months, I think this model is fake because when I called Zebra they asked for a serial number of the Scanners themselves and there were none. My last scanner worked for 7 years. That's ridiculous!

Garbage. Do not buy for office electronics

Do not buy. It's a waste if the money doesn't work. I'm very frustrated because I spent 2 months trying to figure this out only to have the IT person tell me it wasn't me it was the scanner itself. And now I can't go back. Garbage. Garbage. Garbage.

Excellent scanner in office electronics

This is a very good scanner and definitely a must have for scanning multiple barcodes unless you want to manually enter information into a spreadsheet. We also use the Symbol brand throughout our manufacturing process to collect and enter data into our database on a daily basis. This is a required scanner.

Very difficult to set up

This scanner is completely unintuitive. We have used Intermec products in the past with no issues and I decided to try the icon due to its lower cost. Nightmare. I figured out how to program it (eventually) and it worked for a few days and then stopped working one morning. I have tried downloading MS POS drivers and software but the scanner is still not visible on any computer. I give up. My conclusion is to buy something else.
