I have several of these printers at the factory. They work fine. In the last two weeks I have requested an RMA for one of these. The printer worked for 7 months, after which the network card stopped working. The factory warranty was not respected. Update August 29, 2019: I asked a Zebra sales representative how to avoid this issue and get him to honor the warranty. The Zebra representative said, "Do not buy our products from Revain.com. "I think that's great advice. I hope everyone follows it.

Bought for storage, same model was already in another factory. The only thing to note is the need to purchase the software/license prior to installation. Be prepared/research ahead of time. Other than that, it's a workhorse that we use on a daily basis.

Great printer but make sure you set the default print properties once you get it or you will have a lot of trouble printing with non-Zebra software.
