I have several chihuahuas that bark incessantly whenever my husband moves a muscle. It got a little stressful. Once with this device I would definitely say NO! and pressed the button and they responded immediately. After a few times I just had to say NO! And now they don't respond at all to him entering the house or the room or anything else that turns them on.

This is great for my pair of boxers. People will go behind our house and freak out. Just press the button while saying the command and they will stop. BUT it doesn't work for the little barking dogs in the neighborhood. Why I bought it because they bark at us every time we go in the backyard. They are left outside all day so no one will tell them to stop barking. You are a big nuisance.

This works for most of my 5 dogs. Helps not only with barking, but also with other behavioral problems. They don't like the noise and it distracts them from their behavior. Those who are not affected have no behavioral problems anyway. I can't hear it but my 14 year old daughter can. She said something about old people not being able to hear high frequencies... Will recommend and buy again!

my new favorite toy. I have a Yorkshire that barks a lot for some reason. I was thinking of getting her a shock necklace but since she was so small I figured that wouldn't be a good idea. When I bought this device, I had no more hope. During the first attempts she kept barking, after a few minutes she realized that she couldn't keep barking so angrily. I loved! She stopped barking for no reason!

Device looks good, packed with information on how to use it. However, I have a rescue dog that was injured and I just couldn't bring myself to try her because I didn't know how she would react to the sound. I heard it doesn't hurt them and the seller reassured me but I feel very protective of my poor sweet girl who has suffered so much. I just didn't dare to try. So I'm giving it four for good workmanship and one star just because I didn't dare try it.

I didn't think it would work with two very large aggressive dogs next door. Dogs growl, howl, bark 24 hours a day. I charged it until the red lights stopped glowing. I walked to my front gate while the dogs screeched at me as they attacked the fence that separated us. I pointed this device at her and squeezed long and hard. The dogs stopped and pounced on me again. I squeezed again, long and hard. It happened several times, it took a long time to get to the gate. Then the dogs ran away…

We needed to find an effective, harmless solution NOW to stop this behavior before letting a newborn sleep all day now that we're expecting. When Murray passed out (....at an elderly woman and her small dog, clearly a real threat to our safety...) I pointed at him and said "NO" when I clicked on her and IMMEDIATELY he stopped. He kept whimpering, but the barking stopped…
