Strong but not too flexible

This is a quality fuel line but if you have to go around a corner a short distance it is not very flexible. The clamps appear to be of good quality.

Clamps too small for hose

I loved that the 5/16" gas line included spring hose clamps UNTIL I tried using clamps! I did my best to get the clamps onto the hose , before trying to fit the hose onto the fitting but couldn't attach it.I squeezed the spring clamp as hard as I could with a pair of pliers opening the inside diameter of the clamp as much as possible.Then I applied oil to the hose .OD thought this would certainly help the spring clip but it didn't help.I then heated water to boiling point and dipped the end of…
