Description of π No Clean Braided Solder - Zemoner Sizes
βΆ 3 Sizes for Flexible Use β The product contains 3 sizes 50g Solder Wire and 3 sizes Solder Wicks. The are for different welding methods. Solder Wire with the smallest and medium diameters are suitable for welding small spot and the Solder Wire with the largest diameter are suitable for welding circuits. A variety of welding methods can make the circuit design more flexible!. βΆ Solder Wire β Solder Wire is made of tin-copper alloy and Flux. The content of Flux is 2%-2.5%. This makes Solder Wire easier to use. βΆ Low Melting Point β The melting point of tin wire is very low and can melt quickly. Therefore, the welding speed is relatively fast. Not produce false welding, resulting in poor contact. βΆ Easy to desoldering β Made from oxygen free copper wire. Remove more solder than conventional wick. So it easy to correct mistakes on PCB boards. βΆ Wide of Applications β The solder wire is designed for electrical repairs, such as headset / radio / audio / TV / Toys / circuit board / Remotes and other electrical devices.
As my tests showed, this braided solder is not up to par. Despite its claims to be "no clean", I found that the residue left behind was troublesome and difficult to remove. The braiding was also prone to fraying and falling apart, making it hard to work with. The only positive was the size availability, but even that couldn't make up for the lackluster performance. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
Worked well, arrived as expected and as described. Worked the way I needed it for my project. There will be no complaints.
Pros
βΆ 3 sizes for flexible use β The product contains 3 sizes of 50g solder wire and 3 sizes of solder wick. They are designed for various welding processes. The smallest and medium diameter solder wire is suitable for small spot welding, while the larger diameter solder wire is suitable for chain welding. A variety of welding processes can make the circuit more flexible!
This wire fits perfectly. I used to customize a few wires that we needed to connect together on some outdoor inflatable decorations. Used with thermal sleeves and works wonders
Pros
βΆ Low Melting Point β The melting point of tin wire is very low and can melt quickly. Therefore, the welding speed is relatively high. Do not do wrong welding, resulting in poor contact.
