Like others I am very pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the box (considering I'm not paying for a wooden box which is a work of art in itself). I am very disappointed with this product. I ordered this after reading all the great reviews so I wanted to voice my concerns. Maybe I have a really bad one in a group of good ones?
