This stuff is disgusting. I can't loosen the pull rod B at all for the life of it and that's the main part. You cannot assemble it if rod B is not loosened. It feels like the inner rod is stuck or something and I'm not going to call customer service to get a replacement shower part - this is ridiculous. Give back and buy something valuable.

I can't express how disappointed I was with this product. To put this together it's the health of the wires together. It doesn't matter at all, worst product I've ever bought from Revain. I'm surprised they would have something like this on their website, a complete waste of money, if I was in the box I would be sending it back very disappointed

I had two of these and the first one was just great. From my second my husband was unable to fit it and after getting a replacement from Zenna customer service I was told they only change once. I tried to put the second pillar myself. I laid it on the floor, added the suggested 2 inches to my measurements, and adjusted the pieces to make sure everything was right. The only problem I've had with this product is - the largest support leg is too big to hold the shelf. It is therefore impossible to place the baskets as nicely as in the picture.
