🏃 Zensah Limited Edition Performance Running Socks Review

These socks have become my favorite running socks. Very comfortable and I feel like the compression over the ankle in the lower calf makes my legs hurt less after running. I washed them several times and dried them on a hanger. I have not seen or noticed any loose threads or wear. Great socks. When running sucks I just look at my feet and laugh and count how many beers I can drink when I get back.

Well made quality sock. I love the Zenzah brand as it has held up well to many intense workouts. In my opinion these socks generally run small and it can take some time to get used to compression/skinny socks. I may have only ordered one pair, but I ordered size M (shoe size 9.5) and unfortunately they are too narrow for my comfort. Luckily they fit my son so he was happy but I think I'll have to order a big one and see if it works.

I originally bought these socks because I needed a shorter compression sock to wear to bed while my ankle was recovering from a torn ligament. I LOVE my Zensah calf sleeves so I went back to Zensah to buy socks. These socks stay in place and have enough compression to be effective without hurting my toes (I've had this issue with other compression socks). Bought knee high support socks for cycling as my ankles sometimes got swollen a few hours after class. These socks were effective but such a bear to put on and take off. Decided to try the ankle socks and I love these socks. They end just above the ankle so that the ankle is well covered. There was no swelling after application. The stretch is good but not tight - just right. A very good quality. I love the topographic design and there is a lot to choose from. I will buy more!

A week before my first marathon I saw these socks on Amazon and had to buy them. I didn't have scheduled flights, but oh well. So I decided (probably stupidly) to wear them on race day. I took these flamingo socks on a 12.35 mile run today. Running long distances makes you nauseous, and when your socks slide into your shoes, you might want to throw in the towel that same day.
