I like to add this to unsweetened almond milk for a richer flavor. Mixes well with a milk frother. I find this to be the quickest and easiest way to mix protein powders with liquids as I dislike shakers and the extra cleanup that comes with using them. Good quality ingredients. Can is about ¼ empty - not as bad as some other brands but still manageable with less plastic and/or more product. Instructions say to add two scoops to 8 ounces of water or milk. I use ounces or cups - so I added two scoops with 12 ounces of water and 10 ice cubes to my blender. Mixes really well and easily. The taste is fairly neutral in taste and has a slightly nutty aroma.
