Zenspirations Coloring Book Flowers Pattern Review

The pages are incredibly thick! They are also perforated so they are easy to hang on the wall. There is plenty of room in each petal and leaf to add your own personal touch to things, creating shades and patterns. This is a super calming coloring book for adults.

Whimsical and inspirational designs fill the pages of this book. The layout is well done, single page pages are perfect for perusal. but I would recommend putting a piece of plastic wrap under the side in case it bleeds profusely. A fun design for easy coloring and as always the lettering by Joanne Phinks is excellent. I highly recommend this book.

The title suggests that this is a very Zentangle-oriented book, but I don't think it's as Zentangle as you might expect. However, as usual, it's filled with beautiful illustrations by Joanna Fink, who has her own delightful style. If you are interested in ZIA in the garden you will find many inspirations, but this is not a Zentangle guide. I use it for inspiration rather than coloring. I ordered three books: Inspiration, Flowers and Abstraction and I love all three. I wanted to try something different than the coloring books I usually work with. I wanted to try larger images where I could do more shading and color mixing. I read Zenspirit for Zen inspiration and all three books I like are in the spirit of Zen.
