Review on Zenspirations Coloring Book Flowers Pattern by Shantel Griffin

I ordered three books: Inspiration, Flowers and Abstraction and I love all three. I wanted to try something different than the coloring books I usually work with. I wanted to try larger images where I could do more shading and color mixing. I read Zenspirit for Zen inspiration and all three books I like are in the spirit of Zen. I hadn't even thought about Zentangle. The Flower Book is a great day to soak up the spring spirit (especially on a rainy day) after the harsh winter we've had. There is plenty of space on each side to add to the design if you wish. I like the suggestions on the inside cover. On the inside back cover you will find examples of some of the colored illustrations. Somehow they inspire me more than simple pages; When I see her choice of colors, I think of my own. I'm a colorist, not a painter, and I use my coloring books for mental relaxation. Coloring the flowers in this book is to me what a warm bath is to my body.
