Easy, cost effective solution with excellent Customer Support

It's easy-to use; it has all features you'd need from an IVR system as well such things like call recording &amp data logging/analysis tools etc.; very good support team available 24x7 via chat which makes working remotely much easier than using some external softwares where they have limited functionality (at least in India). Lack of customization options - I would say there isn't too many customizations but if your looking at building something new then maybe consider adding more integrations

Pros
  • I like the fact that Zent.io is easy to use and it has all features that you would need from an IVR system
Cons
  • I dislike the fact that there is no ability to add customization to the platform
