Not designed to be removed from the case often. There is no way around it. This product is meant to be permanent. If you remove it from the phone, it is likely to get damaged. The iPhone fitting can’t take the removable stress. After only three disconnects, it broke and was only good for protection purposes. It won’t ever charge again. Great design but not built for longevity.

It worked fine for two months or so, but then the Lightning charging port started having poor connections, and I had to rotate between cables just to find one which would work. My previous zerolemon battery case was phenomenal so when I got the new iphone I immediatly ordered this case. Unfortunately, I was obviously sent someone elses return- The case was just in a white box. I put my phone in and plugged it in and the case and phone would not charge at all.Waiting for my replacement to see how that works. Am so disappointed that the ompany would send me an obviously already used case that also had dirt on it and in it.

Everyday use I’d say is great it seems the charge has lost a little overall and the plug will occasionally not work the first time but it charges the phone multiple times and keeps me unplugged from the wall all day without any problems worth the cost would buy again

Purchased in November 2021. Thing is a massive case. Battery holds phone up for 4 DAYS. I forgot I set phone in case on top of van, went around a corner at 30mph. Case and phone hit the asphalt. Have been using this for some time, Haven’t come anywhere close to a dead battery since putting it on my phone. Case is sturdy as heck too, dropped it and it bounced into my wall, had to fix a hole in the wall, case only had some paint on it.

This case makes this phone last DAYS. Take a phone that had great battery already and add 10000 mah to it a d you have a recipe for a real power user device.If you don't mind having a giant block in your pocket, this thing is worth it.The only downside for me is that it is not full size screen protector friendly. I’ve had every model iPhone and more than 25 external battery cases, all told. NONE match the ZEROLEMON iPhone 13 Pro Max Battery case. The battery life is incomprehensible! I have a dual sim phone. I receive calls and texts on my personal number and business number morning, noon and night. I use a ton of data. I live on my phone. This battery case keeps me going without interruption. Although I have fairly big hands, but I drop my phone once in awhile because I’m always in a hurry. No worries!

Nothing on today's market can compare or compete with this product. I've had ZEROLEMON products on Galaxy S5 to iPhone 13pro. This product has no equal. Bit heavy but excellent product nonetheless! Hands down!
