Very good software to manage your contact centre operations

I like how easy it was for our end users (call center agents)to use this solution during their shift changeover time! There were no issues or problems encountered while using these services when we first started out but as of now there are some minor glitches which can be easily resolved by contacting customer support team at zeposoft@zeta-solutions who have been very helpful thus far!! Definitely recommend!! We used Zoiper Services so they helped us solve various call routing related…

Multiple Features and User Friendly Interface

We have used zettaris for about 2 years now as our business intelligence (BI) tool of choice within my team at work; I am very happy we chose this product over other solutions because it has been one stop shop solution which gave us all kinds information like KPIs across different dimensions such performance metrics etc from any kind input source be internal or external! No complaints so far but if you are looking into BI tools then definitely give them try!! The pricing was also really good…
