Very shiny ... lots of precipitation.

I ordered this eyeshadow palette with 12 wings and it's great for creating beautiful ethereal looks. My palette arrived a little dirty but the shadows weren't cracked and cleaned up easily. I would like to point out that the shimmery shades in this palette (3) are very shiny. There's quite a bit of fallout, so it's probably best to apply an eye product first before applying foundation or concealer. Or even glitter glue can help reduce the disco ball effect on your face. Supplied sealed in a plastic bag. When you remove the plastic packaging, the brushes are in a small plastic bag. Then the pallet itself is wrapped in plastic wrap. There is a sticker with product information in English on the back of the plastic packaging. The ingredients are listed. It is made in China. The colors are beautiful, a little matte and a little shimmery.

I like the matte palette more than the shimmer palette. So I applied shimmery colors to the top of the eye near the eyebrows and matte colors to the lashes. I prefer a softer look than wild and crazy! It keeps the inner child in check. I can have both! Light shades for everyday makeup and shimmers for walking around town. They are also highly pigmented. You don't need to mark.
