I have been buying this cream from a local pharmacy for several years. This is the BEST hand cream I have ever used. Heals cracks and soothes dry, itchy skin so quickly and while the smell is unusual, it is NOT unpleasant at all. It's a bit reminiscent of carnations, but not as intense. I definitely recommend this product, it's great!
