Great but not perfect

Its a must have for anyone who has to work on any truck engine bay. Makes working on a truck for long hours a breeze, i have used it for awhile now and i love it no more pain in my back and sides from laying on the engine. It also folds down and away so it doesn't take up much space in my shop. For years i worked in discomfort on my 2001 ford f250, after a few minutes working over a warm engine bay my shirt would be soaked with sweat. I finnaly broke down and bought one, im so glad i did, well…

Pros
  • ‎China
Cons
  • The folding feature can become stuck

Not perfect but good enough

The first box arrived and I found it had all the tie straps used to hold the parts in packaging were cut and I found damaged and missing parts so I returned it. I received the replacement and upon opening the box I found all the tie straps were cut again. I sighed and inspected everything and didn't see any damage other than cosmetic. I started to assemble it and found they only supply washers for one of the assembly joints and feel they should be used on all of them so I supplied my own. The…

Pros
  • Perfect for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike
Cons
  • The tool tray may not be big enough to hold all necessary tools

Sturdy, comfortable with good clearance.

We were rebuilding another bad Ford Motor and needed access to the top of the engine. This was great at getting to the back of the motor from above. My tech loved it. it rolls well, It is sturdy. The height is variable. The wheels lock to keep it from moving. The tech found it comfortable to lay on above the engine for 30 minutes at a time. A real back saver. The shipping was next day which was surprisingly fast.

Pros
  • Easy to store with its foldable design
Cons
  • The wheels can leave marks on the garage floor

No Quality Control, Not Worth The Money

For $300 this thing is a piece of junk. I had to return the first one because the machinist missed one of the holes he was supposed to drill, making it impossible to assemble. I've now assembled the replacement nut with all bolts fully-tightened the thing is still very wobbly. It seems that some of the bolt holes are too large for the bolt which is allowing the wobble. This product is not something I feel comfortable standing on.Also there is no padding whatsoever. It's just the red plastic…

Pros
  • Adjustable height for greater convenience
Cons
  • The tool tray can interfere with the creeper's movement

Right tool for the job

I bolstered up the padding and added padding on supports to avoid body to metal contact. Excellent for taller vehicles, stores compactly

Pros
  • Makes engine work more efficient, quicker, and easier
Cons
  • The padding can deteriorate quickly in humid environments

This is a life saver. no complaints at all.

Al the pins lined right up, no assembly issues at all.Padding sucks, but easy to fix with a pad.I must say this is a life saver, doing 6.0 oil coolers and turbo jobs just became much easier on my belly. Also used it on my lifted 7.3 it works for stock or lifted trucks.Easy to climb on and get the job done. worth every penny. I weigh 240 and had zero worries.

Pros
  • Padded and upholstered cover makes replacing the deck much easier
Cons
  • The padding can be uncomfortable for extended use

Traxion Creeper makes work easier.

My husband restores cars for a hobby. This allows him to lay over the engine compartment when working which is more comfortable. He can even use it to climb inside a car that’s upon the car lift. It also safely locks in place.

Pros
  • Some assembly required could have been packaged better but all in all a must have
Cons
  • Heavy to move around

Not bad, but not great

Definitely better than kneeling down on the top radiator support or trying to reach to the back cylinders from the ground. BUT, the padding (or lack of) is horrible. For short periods it's not bad, but for prolong use, you will feel it the next day. Disappointed in the comfort but satisfied in the sturdiness.

Pros
  • Reduces the risk of damage to engine components
Cons
  • The tool tray may not hold larger tools

Good product for price

Good product for price. Padding on the rest sucks but I added a pillow over it. Also the main pin was not in box. I used a bolt cause I didn't have time to wait on the pin.

Pros
  • Improves safety during engine troubleshooting
Cons
  • The wheels may not move smoothly on rough surfaces
