It has plenty of vertical space and feels like it's as strong as any other plastic pencil case but looks far more attractive. Not big enough for standard brushes, but the perfect size for many other accessories.

I'm tired of changing crumpled pencil cases every two months. So I tried this for my 8 year old. We love the characters' funny faces and the fact that kids can accidentally step on his backpack. It's also much better than pencil cases as sharpened pencils tend to stick out of the cases and sting kids. I will definitely be buying this product for many years to come. worth your money.

My niece is 10 years old and she loved this pencil case! I was so happy. It's hard to give girls this age a nice present that they don't already have or even like, but this one was perfect. She liked the raised eyeballs and open mouth. She's still using it and loving it so I'm happy. It's well made, easy to learn, and comes with lots of pens, pencils, markers, etc. This one stays on the list for when I need a gift for another kid.
