My wife couldn't get him to fix the zipper on my jacket.

Although my wife couldn't get him to fix the zipper on my jacket, she thought if she started fixing the top of the zipper it would probably work, BUT we didn't and can be absolutely right that it works. So only 3 and not 5 stars. 5 stars if my wife could fix the zipper.
