I have an HP Laserjet Pro M118dw. I looked at the compatibility chart and it said it was compatible with my particular seal. I ordered this product only to find out it didn't work for my laser printer. I called the tech support number listed on Revain and the person I spoke to was the owner of ZIPRINT. He told me he doesn't even sell toner cartridges. I called Revain and explained my situation and they sent me a new cartridge. Once received - the same problem. It did not work. He kept saying…

I was glad that these replacement cartridges work just as well as the original cartridges. I haven't printed very much so I can't say how long the cartridges last, but I can say they work well. The only catch was the installation. To use the cartridge, the bright orange plastic piece must be removed. It takes some effort to remove the orange plastic and it took me a while to realize I had to remove it. After that headache the cartridge went straight into the printer and works great.

The product works well. ONLY there is no direction and I haven't removed the protective strip. Consider including instructions with your product.

This toner has worked great for me. I have an HP Laserjet Pro printer and this product works well with my computer. I have recommended this product. Also good for the price!

To be honest I bought these cartridges because I didn't want to spend the extra money on HP which is about 99.00 per cartridge. So I tried this 2 pack. I have to admit I was surprised and shocked by the clarity of the print they produce. Clean, crisp and I am so happy with this purchase. I plan to buy more when I run out. 5 stars for this company not only for giving the true facts about the product in the product listing but also for really offering a great and fair price. This is AMAZON CHOICE 94X Toner Cartridge. So you think you are ordering this when you receive it. No! these are two 94A. You can't select the type (94A, 94X) anywhere, so you think you order X and end up with A. I think that's false advertising. SORRY

Always nervous about buying a product with a limited number of reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I used my first cartridge. It was easy to swap out and started printing good, crisp copies straight away. I bought 6 of these so I plan on coming back and updating this review.

If you only print on regular printer paper and are willing to put up with mediocre print quality and smudges, this is the product you need. I was attracted by the low price, which I now regret. Literally non-functional if you're printing on labels, cardstock, or literally anything but regular printer paper. I'll spend the money on a better cartridge. What a waste.

I have been having problems since I replaced the HP toner cartridge with this one. I thought maybe the first of the two packages I tried was a failure, but the second was no better. The printer is asking me to replace it after only 300 sheets have printed and all printed sheets have toner residue on the top of the page and on the back of each page. Unfortunately I will not order them again. I think I'll stick with HP.
