I haven't seen any Miata reviews so thought I'd mention that they are a direct replacement for the 1989-1997 Miata. Plug and play when you only need high/low beam. 2 additional cores for atriums and signals.

Great lights! Plug and play only for high beam and low beam. The DRL and turn signal functions must be connected to other existing cables. Harder than I had hoped, but I made it. They also flicker. Buy an anti-flicker belt

Okay, they're super shiny. They are an expensive alternative to many others. To keep the high beams from staying on and having to file them off, you'll have to swap the blue/white wire on the included adapter or chip off some plastic on the back to get it a perfect fit. I bought these headlights for my jeep. Installation only took about an hour and the wiring harness plugged directly into my car's existing wiring. I spent 2 hours installing them. They do NOT connect and work! The first thing to do was the wiring. Finally, the 2015 Jeep JK harness is routed to the rear. So "plug and play" meant I had to swap out the pins on the seat belts. Then they weren't standing directly in the ring of light. The passenger side was far from correct. Where to start? The low beam and high beam deal is just ridiculous. I changed the contacts but damaged both wiring harnesses in the process. Not badly damaged and both lights work but they just seem unnecessarily wrong. One of my flashlights doesn't fit perfectly in the slots but I managed to get it to work but it's still not quite right.
